Many people ask me why I do what I do and I simply tell
them it is the Lord's will for my life! I have to add with a
smile that it took me a long time to come to this conclusion.
Like many of you, I had other plans for the way I felt my life
should go!
There is nothing like a "hard-headed" Christian, I was one of
the most rebellious. Don't get me wrong I went to church
and was involved however, I took it upon myself to make
moves in where I should go in my Spiritual and Personal life
and I wondered why the projects, my modeling/acting
career, writing career and more were not taking off like I
had planned.
Unfortunately, my drive for the "world's" acceptance and not
God's will caused me to lose time which was wasted
because I did not want to go the path God had lain before me.
In the Spring of 2003, I was having a series of anxiety
attacks. I had never experienced those before and didn't
know what was going on with my body, after running out of a
darkened movie theatre with a panic attack, my mother,
Evangelist Patricia Thomas began to pray for me. We went
over to a family friend's house Evangelist Cheryl Smith
where her and my mother began to pray for me.
They both advised that God was trying to get my attention
and since for so long I had tuned Him out He had to get my
attention in a drastic way. The Lord basically told me NOW
was the time to step in the ministry He had purposed for me.
In May 2003 the Lord gave me the name and concept for
"Full Circle" an inspirational talk show that emphasizes a
balanced Spiritual and Natural walk with Christ, therefore
allowing your life to come "Full Circle!" I was apprehensive
but, when the church I was attending at the time announced
in July 2003 the name of their ten year anniversary
conference would be Full Circle, I knew it was confirmation
from the Lord.
Part of Luke 12:48 says "...For everyone to whom much is
given, from him much will be required..."
I pray for everyone who watches and/or listens to Full Circle
they are blessed, encouraged, motivated and excited to
follow the path that God has laid before them!
My favorite scripture is Psalms 37: 4 "Delight yourself also
in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart."
but read on to verse 5, which says "Commit YOUR way to
the LORD, Trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass."
